Since 1976 we have provided Architectural Design, Interior Design and Construction Services for residential new construction, additions, renovations, and restorations.

The renovations and additions are undertaken with the intent to harmonize with and add to the existing, and in many cases, significant architecture.

Additions are designed to blend into the original design program rather than stand out as an addition.

The interior renovations take into account the differences in the ways houses are used now as contrasted to how they were used when first constructed.

When most of these houses were first built, the kitchen was occupied  by the staff and was typically a warren of smallish rooms with minimal light and space.

Current lifestyles have the kitchen as a social as well as working area and are often adjacent to family rooms where children are within sight and hearing.

Formal dining rooms are used less frequently.  Entertainment centers occupy more space given the size and complexity of the entertainment systems available today.

The majority of our Construction Projects are in the Los Angeles area, and in particular  the San Gabriel Valley.

Our Architectural and Interior Design Projects have extended to San Francisco, San Diego, Washington DC, Mexico, and Costa Rica.
